Some Comments on TAPPI Environmental Conference

Abstract

Having attended the conference, co-sponsored by the Japan TAPPI, with 4 reports from Japan including my report on the effluent treatment system in Japan, I would like to make some comments on what I thought through the conference and visit to couples of mills, especially on what is happening among North American pulp and paper industry.
