Abstract
Three small breed dogs that were suspected cervical spinal desease were performed myelogram with neutral, traction, flexed and extended positions. These cases had dynamic lesions and were diagnosed as a cervical vertebral instability. These cases were treated with dorsal laminectomy, and the post operative clinical courses of them were exellent. Dorsal laminectomy for cervical vertebral instability in small breed dogs seems to be very useful.
