A Canine Case of Prostatic Cancer

Abstract

Prostatic cancer in a 12-year-old male Beagle dog was described. Ultrasonography revealed an uneven low echo pattern of the markedly enlarged prostate and urethra. Histopathologically, the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma with adenoid structure and cell nest configuration was made.
