Abstract
On the paper, the auther describes some peyormances of on oil-diffusion pump with a device to eliminate the oil drain on the jet surjace and the mist in the oil vapour.
With this device the speed of the pump is increased about 20% than that of prototype pump, and the rate of back Streaming of oil to ward the pump inlet is decreased to about one haly or less of that of prote type
