Abstract
Recently, two-step resistance brazing method that can produce high strength joints composed of micro structural parts has been developed.In this method, end faces of base metals plated with dissimilar metals are butted, and are subsequently melted and solidified through two-step energizing.In order to put this method into practical use, we performed numerical simulations for the melting process during two-step resistance brazing to decide the optimum energizing conditions analytically.
