Abstract
We formed a titanium dioxide film with the aerosol beam processing. We irradiated it with intensity short-pulsed laser. The surface morphology of irradiation area was changed without laser ablation. In addition, electrical resistance decreased. We additionally irradiated the irradiated area with CW laser. The surface morphology of irradiation area was varied again.
