Abstract

Pt/Au double layer was plated on the end face of Ti-Ni alloy wire, and Pt/Cu double layer was plated on the end face of stainless steel wire. We tried to butt-microjoin the Ti-Ni alloy and stainless steel wires through alloying process for double layer plated metals.
