Abstract
We developed finite element model to analyze fracture mechanism of spot-welded cross tensile specimen of high strength steel sheets. We clarified that high stress intensity factor in nugget leads to interfacial fracture and high equivalent plastic strain in BM pr HAZ leads to plug fracture.
