Abstract
A newly developed FEM software JWELD for prediction of welding deformation is applied for large structure model. With this software, deformation in assemble processes including positioning, tack welding, welding and fixture can be simulated step by step. The influence of the assemble sequence on welding deformation is investigated in details in this study.
