Abstract
Measurement of the mean Nusselt number (=Nu) of still air and slot air jet vertically impinging on several rotating regular pillars is performed. The rotating Reynolds number (=Re) is in the range of 0<2, 500. The correlation among Nu, some shapes of pillars and Re is obtained. Nu of triangle pillar is smaller than others when 0<Re<150, When 150<Re<2, 500, Nu of triangle pillars is larger. Nu is affected by the impinging slot air jet considerably 0<Re<2, 500.
