Abstract

The writers Administered three kinds of decoctions; Radix Ginseng, Radix Ginseng ad Radix Liquiritiae and Rhizoma Panacis repentis, to three groups of usual consumptive patients, and conpared with their effects.
They were noticed:
1) Radix Ginseng is effective 2.0g a day in the prescription.
2) Radix Liquiritiae acts co-operatively with Radix Ginseng.
3) Rhizoma Panacis repentis is quite alike to Radix Ginseng in the effect on the fatigue condition and the antianaemic effect, etc.
