Distilled Water Tank of Fibrous Glass Reinforced Plastics

Abstract

We have used ebonite lined steel tanks for a distilled water tank of ship's battery service. The authors tried to make, with various tests, a distilled water tank of fibrous glass reinforced plastics. As a result, we recognized that one of fibrous glass reinforced plastics is superior to the ebonite lined for the distilled water tanks.
