Abstract

By making use of the conclusion obtained in the 1st report which dealt the susceptibilities of human beings to motions, the present report inquires into the physical interpretation of disturbance of equilibrium function or dizziness of human beings which is caused by a physical stimulus called by vehicle motion, and the physical significance of the substance of motion sickness. In the present report, moreover, description is made concerning the allowable limits of vibration and oscillation in vessels.
