A Study on Automatic Control System in the Cold Bending

Abstract

In the automatic control system in the cold bending process, it is difficult to determine working variations because of disturbances such as spring back and lap of plastic zones. However, this experiment proved that measuring fulcrum location, the loading point, carrying length, amount of deflection and working pressure makes it possible to calculate working variations accurately. This work programme can be computerised to give accurate and timely procedure.
