Abstract
We have developed the simulation-system named FRAMS (Fire and Rescue Activity Management System) in order to arrange make relationship fire-fighting and damage clear in an earthquake disaster.
This paper mainly describes two study issues. First, it explains functions newly developed for FRAMS : rescue activity simulation and auto calculation.
Secondly, we conducted simulation study in a fire station area with FRAMS. Based on this study, we have investigated which task should be prioritized to minimize earthquake damage, fire-fighting or rescue activities.
