Abstract
The purpose of this study was to clarify a method to evaluate lessons by students in the school health education. The subjects were 346 senior high school students. They were asked to answer the questions with regard to 27 impressions concerning lessons in the school health education. A cluster analysis was carried out. The 27 impressions were divided into 4 clusters ; a learning process, a teaching process, an active thinking and a passive thinking. Impressions about an active thinking were the following points of view.
(1) To find something new.
(2) To think about health problems in multiple way.
(3) To be interested in the contents of a lesson.
(4) To find something useful for healthy life.
These aspects are able to be used to evaluate lessons in the school health education.
