Abstract
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's i-Construction project, which aims to improve productivity at construction sites and make construction sites more attractive, has developed standards for as-built form , supervision and inspection procedures, and as-built form management procedures for 3D measurement technology in order to promote the full use of ICT (Information and Communication Technology). The revisions of the guidelines by adopting the proposals from private organizations during FY2019 to FY2023 was summarized in this paper based on previous reports and conference materials. The accepted proposals were those that combined multiple technologies, those that simplified measurement, those that were developed specifically for a particular type of work, and those that applied existing technologies to a new type of work. The proposals that were not selected were most often those that did not have sufficient empirical data on accuracy, etc. Many of the proposals had already developed the technology but did not have applicable standards, and many of them were proposals to relax the standards.
