Abstract

The heavy motion of sport causes damage to myofibril. Three Amino Acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine) such as BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids), Arginine and Glutamine can be recovered as they originally were. So the sport player who always wishes to recover immediately from a minimal muscular fissure of myofibril can be recovered by cooking meals based on this list.
