Abstract
Paper plays a variety of purposes in daily life, including writing, printing, wiping, wrapping, and packaging applications. Paper materials are sustainable, inexpensive, lightweight and flexible. Recently, paper applications have been extended to the electronic field. Here we reported the flexible paper electronics based on cellulose nanofiber paper, i.e. transparent conductive paper, prepared by using the papermaking process. The as-prepared paper electronic devices provided excellent flexibility as well as high device performances. It will open up new doors for a future of flexible electronics.
