Abstract
Diindenopyrazinedione indicated high performance as n-type organic semiconductor, because it contains a hetero cyclic ring having high electron affinity. On the other hand, it could not be dissolved in solvents due to the rigid planar structure and it is difficult to use solution techniques for the device fabrication. Therefore a derivative with hexyl group as a terminal substituent was synthesized to increase solubility.
