Abstract
A new series of pyrene-based highly pure blue fluorescent and stable molecules, 1,3-bisaryl-7-tert-butylpyrenes, are successfully synthesized via a Pd-catalysed Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction. Photophysical properties of pyrene-based Y-shaped conjugation blue light-emitting monomer are discussed.
