Abstract
After great disasters, mass-transit would not often run for a long time. Many pedestrians to return home would generate. Then severe congestions and surging crowd of people would be caused at bottle-neck places. Actually, severe pedestrian congestion in Tokyo after Higashi-Nihon Great Earthquake (2011) happened, and the measures have been taken. However serious pedestrian congestions also happened after Osaka Northern Earthquake (2018). In this paper, the congestions are reproduced by computer simulation. Following the results, it was clarified that time & space distributions of pedestrians as well as provision of congestion-information are important as measures.
