Abstract
The university education in the 21st century should support the students for developing their competence of problem-solving, communicative skill, creativity, and so forth, rather than giving knowledge as we have done in the past education. The computer facilities in the university should serve students helping for that goal. In the course of study, behavioral learning or learning by doing will be emphasized. Such computer systems, for instance, would be needed; an efficient response treatment system from students to a teacher, an easy and smooth mutual Q & A communication system among students via computer network, a navigator learning system guiding where each individual stands in the course and directing where and how he/she should go. The computer will be , with no doubt, a great and powerful assistant in the future classroom.
