Abstract
By taking advantage of e- portfolios in small seminars and I tried to develop presentation skills. During the presentation, numbers of the audience were asked to enter evaluations in real time to the speaker's e- portfolio. The evaluation format consisted of a rubric and a space for a few free comments. After the presentation, the speaker could look back to see the evaluations that had been submitted, and make use of them in his or her presentation. In this study, I examine what effect this had after doing it repeatedly for half a year.
