The sudden onset was in 5 patients. Three patients had nausea and vomiting. Low grade fever was seen in 5 patients, and leucocytosis (over 8000/nm^3) was in 7 patients in which 3 patients required orchiectomy were all included. Miction pain was seen in only one patient who was performed orchiectomy. The time of the onset of symptom was all in from 2 Am to 11 AM.
