The author explains is this article what is "to anticipate" ; then, I show it is similar to philosophy as a confession which Professor Tanabe of Kyoto University wrote ; finally, I observe medicine as a confession. Besides the author shows that it is Zange-Hoon-Ko in Buddism that "I" who have anticpated makes the other anticipate.
