UPPER BOUND FOR MONOIDAL TOPOLOGICAL COMPLEXITY

Abstract

We show that tc^M(M) ≤ 2 cat(M) for a finite simplicial complex M. For example,we have tc^M(Sⁿ ∨ S^m) = 2 for any positive integers n and m.
