Laryngotracheal stenosis in children is an intractable disease that is often caused by long-term intubation in the neonatal period. In recent years, minimally invasive endoscopic treatment has been attempted. If it does not work, laryngotracheal reconstruction (LTR) is often combined with endoscopic treatment. The purpose of this article is a review of the current techniques of these surgical treatment modalities.
