The Development of LCCO₂ Evaluation Tool and About Orienting Carbon Neutral of Low-Rise Apartment

Abstract

To realize carbon neutral society in 2050, The concept of life cycle carbon minus, LCCM. are gathering attention in construction sector.

First the concept of LCCM was applied to detached house, In 2018， The LCCO₂ evaluation tool for detached house to determine if LCCM is archived is developed. To aim further contribution for carbon neutral society, LCCM study and development committee for housings and buildings is settled in 2021 and developed LCCO₂ adapt determination tool for low-rise apartment.

In the report, we report validated contents and overview of the LCCO₂ evaluation tool for low-rise apartment.
