The small package market has a long way oligopolistic market of two private enterprises and a postal package of goverment enterprise, becouse those enterprises will race for collection of cargo.
Those enterprises high value service for strategic manegement of collection of cargo may not have needs for users.
First, we surveyed user's consciousness of small cargo service.
As the result, We consider small package enterprise of choice behavior, and we purpose to quantitative analysis for factor of choice behavior.
Second, we considered adaptation to AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). We assumed Hierarchy behavior at choice of enterprises.
We calculate values of the weight for each factor which choices of small package enterprises by AHP.
As the final result, we found that it was about equivalent to each enterprise's weight of AHP and small package market shares.
