Abstract
SCM is widely recognized as the management technique for carrying out the innovation of the company. However, the information sharing between two companies does not spread because the business partnership is immature.
Information, especially including a business strategy and goal, data, business process, and knowledge, brings a company a success of SCM. Such information sharing also drives the business innovation by organizational learning. It is just the meaning of SCM that this business innovation chain is brought by sharing information and knowledge.
