This study aims to estimate traffic, environmental and economical effects of freight vehicles' reduction scheme in Tokyo. It was cleared that the introduction of freight vehicles' reduction scheme such as cooperative delivery service and preparing loading spaces improved the traffic and environmental condition as well us brought positive effect to the economy of Tokyo.
