Abstract
Restructuring the logistics activities are not so easy matter. Many companies try to change their logistics activities efficiently, but only a few companies achieve their purposes. In this paper, first we will see some stages of “Integration of logistics activities”, and then we will try to see what kind of factors will lead to success their logistics reform.. As a case study, we will focus on the beer company, and we will have some implications. That is, the important factors are using the information from inventory management and strong leadership to promote logistics improvement.
