Abstract
From the end of the 1990's, many Japanese makers shifted their production base to China. Following this movement, many Japanese International Freight Forwarders also expanded their business to China, aiming to build and present a Logistics solution service by using means such as VMI, JIT, but the reality is that most companies are having a hard time due to the difference of conventional rules and customs.
Accordingly I would like to explain the present situation and the future of the Logistics in China from a Japanese forwarder's point of view, mainly focusing on the daily business flow.
