Abstract
To cope well with possible wrong delivery problem is an important issue in the future parcel services. We have studied methods of maintaining the data of each work carried out for the delivery. We firstly clarify the data to be maintained and have proposed that the data should be maintained on the network connected by RFID tag attached to each article. We have also proposed how the data of the works prior to picking should be maintained.
