Revised Law Concerning the Rational Use of Energy has been enacted and gone into effect. It has required companies to measure their output of CO2 from transportation. In this law, there are three measurements for CO2 emission and each of them has different characteristics. The purpose of this study is to clarify each characteristic of these measurements by the sensitivity analysis.
