Abstract
We proposed and developed terahertz chemical microscopy to visualize various kinds of chemical reactions in solutions. Here as one application of terahertz chemical microscopy, we demonstrated the non-destructive evaluation of the electrodes of rechargeable batteries during their operation as well as the detection principle of terahertz chemical microscopy.
