Abstract
The pockels effect in potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (ADP) was measured by laser appling impulse voltage. Then mechanical vibration of KDP and ADP were observed to photoelastic effect. The unclamped photoelastic coefficients were obtained as II (ADP) =2.6X10-13, II (ADP) =1.0×10-12 m2/N. The effect of suppression to vibration by using load of weight and steel coil spring was proportion to subtract load par two square root from tension of inverse-piezoelectric effect.
