Abstract
At surgery, more broadly in medicine, generally, based on the modern conception of “System Engineering” related with computorizations, the new tries have been watched out during the past decade. For instance, Heart Lung Artificial machine, Artificial renal Dialysis, Complete Parenteral Nutrition without mouth feeding and Hyperbaric Oxygenation. But, modern Surgery have not been transformed from the pattern that is consisted of the elementary units, “cut and Suture”, yet. Surgical cut and suture now a day are done mostly by hand. The extreme big energy of Laser beam was used for Surgical procedure in rabbit, concerned with Hepatectomy and caecam wall cut, focusing the microscopical point. 3 weeks after these Surgeries, any antibiotecs never used. Gross and histological examinations were done, about woundhealing of caecum and Liver. In comparison with ordinary Surgical knife, surgical radio knife and so on, less scar and infection are in all animals.
