We report the oscillation of an optically pumped GaAs laser with two-dimensionaldistributed Bragg reflectors at 77°K., Two-dimensional gratings with periods of -0.35μm and 2.0μm were formed on a GaAs crystal. Oscillation wavelengthes ofthe laser were in fairly good agreement with theory.
