Abstract
A new coating technique of TaCHO pusher on a glass microballoon has been developedby the combination of plasma polymerization and physical vapor deposition. Doping rateof Ta was varied upto 25%. Uniformity of the density of doped Ta was better than 97%.Plastic coatings which contained high Z atoms such as Pb or Au were also possible by thesame technique.
