An electrospray ionization (ESI) interface was constructed. It was connected to the quadrupole mass spectrometer in order to test a quantitative amino acid analysis. The hydrolysis solutions of lys-bradykinin and angiotensin I were measured. The results were compared with those of the amino acid analyzer.
