A. d. c. high voltage stabilizer was designed for the accelerating voltage source of a high resolution masss spectrometer. The amplifier consists of the parallel conncction of a chopper type d. c. amplifier and an audio frequellcy amplifier, and the circuit components affecting to the reference voltage are all immersed in an oil bath of constant temrerature. For simplifying the adjustment of the stabilizer the inductively coupled system was used. An excellent long-time stability of10-4/36hrs. and the rippple voltage of0.3V p-p were obtained at the output voltage of5k V.
