A New Locality of Cyptodontopsis obtusifolia (NOG.) NOG.

Abstract

  Cyptodontopsis obtusifolia (NOG.) NOG. was newly found in Chomonkyo Valley, Yamaguchi Pref., Honshu ; it hangs mainly from the branches of Rhododendron ripense MAKINO. When the river is swollen, this moss seems to be flooded with water.
