Abstract

Currently, in measurement of physiology, measurement techniques and equipments are making remarkable progress. Thus, it is expected that research based on physiological index will be widely spreading in environmental psychology. In this paper, the basic principle and previous studies of physiological measurements (electromyogram, electrooculogram, electrocardiogram, electrodarmamal activity, electroencephalogram) were introduced and discussed about application to environmental psychology. We discussed about how physiological measurements contribute to the literature of Man-Enviroment research.
