Abstract
This article explains how to integrate RStudio with Git for file version control, focusing on enhancing reproducibility in analysis. It is not an RStudio tutorial and excludes installation or usage guidance. Targeted at Git beginners, the primary aim is to cover basic Git operations, without addressing integration with remote repositories like GitHub or GitLab.
