The genus Phumosia of Sulawesi, Indonesia, with descriptions of two new species (Diptera : Calliphoridae)

Abstract

Four species of Phumosia are recorded from Sulawesi, Indonesia, of which two are described as new to science under the names P. elegans and P. njonja. A brief comment and additional data on the specimens examined are given for the two previously known species P. abdominalis and P. indica. Male genitalia of P. abdominalis and P. njonja sp. nov. are illustrated.
