Abstract
Electrophoretic techniques were employed to investigate the distribution of genetic variation at three enzyme loci viz., aldehyde oxidase (AO), malic enzyme (ME) and xanthine dehydrogenase (XDH) in seven laboratory colonies of Sarcophaga pattoni Senior-White. AO an ME were found to be monomorphic in all the colonies. XDH showed polymorphism in two colonies.
