Eight new Helina (Diptera, Muscidae) from Papua New Guinea with a redescription of Helina duplex Stein

Abstract

Eight new species belonging to the genus Helina R.-D. from Papua New Guinea are described and figured. They are Helina gressitti, H. pseudocalyptrata, H. surcula, H. chimbuensis, H. wilhelmensis, H. kaindiensis, H. gorokaensis and H. ismayi.
