Abstract
Six species of the genus Opalimosina Rohácek are recorded from Japan. Three species are new to science; Opalimosina (O.) dolichodasys sp. nov. (Hokkaido), O. (O.) monticola sp. nov. (Hokkaido, Honshu) and O. (O.) spathulata sp. nov. (Hokkaido, Honshu, Okinawa-honto Is., Ishigaki Is. and Iriomote Is.). Opalimosina (Hackmanina) czernyi (Duda) and O. (O.) australis Hayashi are newly recorded from Japan.
